Diploma program to educate students in the pastry arts

Dallas, Texas – (September 13, 2010) – Remington College-Dallas Campus is serving up a new option for students through its Pastry Arts Diploma Program.

The campus is now offering a new Pastry Arts Diploma Program that can be completed in as few as 9 months. [1]

Students in the Pastry Arts Diploma Program will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn how to create and artfully present breads, cakes and pastries.
  • Gain hands-on experience in both labs and the school’s modern commercial kitchen.
  • Develop the skills to turn baking into a fun and challenging potential career. 2

The Culinary Arts Degree Program is led by Executive Chef Robert Bifulco, who shares 40 years of restaurant experience with his students.

“Our new pastry art program is a great option for someone interested in pursuing an entry-level career as a pastry chef or those who are looking to turn baking into something more than just a hobby.” said Bifulco.

Classes focus on practical skills and hands-on experience and include:

  • Introduction to Pastry Arts
